Fully qualified by Premier International and a member of REPs (the Register of Exercise Professionals) we provide an onsite Personal Training service that is second to none.

 

We are available for group sessions, one-to-one, or sports specific training providing bespoke training packages tailored to each person and their goals.

 

So whether you want to lose a few pounds, sculpt that perfect body shape or train for a specific event, we have got it covered.

 

Types of Personal Training

 

One-to-one - Have 100% attention, and achieve your goals efficiently, quickly and safely. Your programme will be varied and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure maximum gains, fun, and your continued enjoyment.

 

We can aid in your core stability which will enhance your posture as well as helping you back on the road to recovery from injury.

 

Group Sessions - Training with your friends, family or partner has been proven to help people stick to any training regime. It is more fun and is a more affordable way of having a personal trainer.

 

You will gain the same level of dedication and attention as a one-to-one session and each session will be specifically designed for your group, with additional programmes being available for you outside of the group if you wish.

 

 

Sports Specific - We will analyse your performance in your current sport and provide you with techniques to improve your performance, as well as designing a sport specific programme for you to undertake with your trainer and on your own.

 

With a firm background in all forms of sport we specialise in Athletics (track and field), Racquet Sports, and Team Sports (football, rugby etc).

 

Nutrition - We also provide an excellent Nutritional advice service. We will analyse your current eating habits, activity levels, sleep patterns and make suggestions for a healthier diet.

 

Thiswill serve to increase your energy levels and help to compliment any training you are currently undertaking, or any goals you are working towards (weight loss, increased muscle mass etc).
